RFID chip will give LTO your location, money

[September 24, 2009] The Land Transportation Office-Stradcom conglomerate wants us to pay P350 for a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip that will “enhance the agency’s services from registration process to traffic management and even prevention of carnapping.”
