UST students finally notice their school is prone to flooding

Maybe the students at University of Santo Tomas in Espana are just really, really patient, or maybe they’ve been too busy studying, but they’ve finally started complaining about the ridiculous floods that turn the area into an ocean every rainy season.

They poured their outrage over the DPWH project that has pushed the floodwaters from Morayta to Lacson Streets to submerge the school premises.

“The flood has even gone worse at UST. There was flood inside the campus after a short downpour.”

Better late than later, I always say. Meanwhile, somewhere in the world, a Native American and Al Gore shed a single tear each.
