i still long for the pasay city of the 50′s when it was cleaner and no squatters living in dirty shacks. lots of hundred years old trees then.

i dont really feel the difference, except that people have been shot mugged and (probably)raped right in front of our house.
does it happen anywhere else too?

Its only when i start stepping on makati that i see some improvement. i live not too far from the border so its not hard to compare.

Pasay also has the worst police system.
