It&#039;s really just a silly cartoon that M drew up. 
The big-bird type character is simply asking whether the other guy has a credit card. Here in the Philippines, we have people come up to us at malls to either offer to sign us up for credit cards, or to sell us stuff for which we will need credit cards.

Still, thank you for your interest. I hope the other posts on this blog will also entertain you.</description>

		<description>I am curious what this cartoon is about?  The figures look almost like Big Bird and Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street!  I can&#039;t figure it out however since it has to do with credit cards.  Perhaps someone can post an English translation?  Thank you!</description>
